Cancellations
I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a late/cancellation fee. Missed appointments (no-shows) may be charged the full service rate. Everyone's time is valueable. Thank you for understanding!
Service Agreement
By booking Kelsey's True cleaning services, you agree to the following terms:

Access: You agree to provide safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled time.

Payment: Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged.

Cancellations: At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may result in a fee.

Satisfaction: If you’re not satisfied, please contact me within 24 hours so I can make it right.

Safety: For my safety, I do not handle biohazards, pests, or move heavy furniture.
I reserve the right to decline service if conditions are unsafe or beyond what was agreed upon.
