1. Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment? Yes, I bring all the cleaning products and equipment I need. I use safe, effective products that are both pet- and family-friendly. If you prefer that I use your supplies, just let me know—I'm happy to customize.

2. Will the same person clean my home each time? Yes! I personally handle every cleaning, so you can count on consistent service, attention to detail, and someone who understands your specific preferences.

3. Do I need to be home during the cleaning? That’s totally up to you! Many of my clients choose to be out during their appointment and provide a key, code, or lockbox. Others prefer to be home—and that’s perfectly fine too.

4. How do I book or get a quote? Booking is simple! You can call, text, or fill out the form on my website. I’ll get back to you quickly with a personalized quote based on your home and what you’re looking for.

5. What’s your cancellation policy, and how long does a cleaning usually take? I totally understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, just give me at least 24 hours' notice. For cleanings, most appointments take 1.5 to 3 hours depending on the size of your home and what’s being cleaned. I’ll always give you an estimate ahead of time.
